Good question. I have no clue. My turn. Why do gay men who are attracted to gay men (or men in general) get sex change operations? Seems they are really limiting their options as gay men will no longer be interested because the plumbing is wrong. And most straight men will not be interest. I suppose there are the drug addicts that would probably hit it, and maybe Laz (no offense intended, I just could not resist). But seems counter productive.
