I try not to hate anyone, but I can’t help but to hate thieves.
For effect, do this in a white subdivision and video the passersby that leave the bike alone.
No shortage of entrapment suspects...
Left wing thug prosecutors would charge the owner.
No kidding. "Attractive nuisance" and "intent to harm", or some such....

It obviously has the potential for causing someone a serious injury like a broken neck or death.
It's not a liability I would want to face and there could even be serious legal consequences.
The only people likely to be injured or killed in this video are the same people who are usually responsible for injuring and killing people.
I detect a pattern here.

Older kids would drive their car up over our lawn to knock down our snowman. Then we built another snowman around a fireplug....it got very noisy that night. Wish I’d have had a video back in those days.

Funny, but in this liberism world, it is open to all kinds of lawsuits.
Lawyers could easily claim entrapment or some such.
If you want to catch a “fish”, you have to use the right bait.
Years ago some newspaper/tabloid parked a car with the hood up in a neighborhood and photographed how people reacted.
In the white neighborhood, nothing - except when it started to rain, one guy came over and closed the hood.
In the black neighborhood, within minutes some ferals were removing the battery and God knows what else.
At the time it was a bit of a shocker as even most blacks who saw the test in print commented that they thought it was wrong.
