The multi-university Afrikan Black Coalition is calling for black people to engage in revolution and overthrow the Constitution, citing the need to “stop white people†in the “white supremacist world†of America.
The Coalition goes on to declare that institutional racism (the same ‘evil’ the student protestors at the University of Missouri claimed to be combatting) can’t be overcome unless the Constitution is overthrown.
“A Constitution written by only white men will never serve the interests Black [sic] people. The Constitution was written for the ruling class of white men which constructed whiteness to be more valuable than any other race,†the Coalition argues. “When we discuss institutional racism, it is essential that we realize the Constitution created it.â€
A November 9 post from the Coalition called for white people to be stopped at all costs and accuses whites of “stealing from other people,†having trouble “minding their own business,†and “respecting boundaries.†According to the Coalition, the “religious indoctrination†engaged in by whites is an example of white people’s failure to respect boundaries.
The Afrikan Black Coalition is comprised of black student organizations across California and “was created in 2003 by Black students within the University of California system who found the low admittance and retention rates of Black students intolerable,†according to the organization’s website.

Perhaps they should start small and try to overthrow California. If that works, then they can move up in the world. I suspect the Hispanics in Calif would help. Oh yeah, they don’t like each other either. Oh well, with 70% of the US population being “white”, not including Hispanics, they may have a tall mountain to climb.

18 U.S. Code 2385 - Advocating overthrow of GovernmentWhoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity,desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof--
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both, and shall be ineligible for employment by the United States or any department or agency thereof, for the five years next following his conviction.
As used in this section, the terms "organizes" and "organize," with respect to any society, group, or assembly of persons, include the recruiting of new members, the forming of new units, and the regrouping or expansion of existing clubs, classes, and other units of such society, group, or assembly of persons.

Oh...and how exactly do they plan on “stopping” white people?
Stop them from what?
And how exactly do whites steal from other people?
Is that a “you didn’t invent that” accusation?

I suspect that the revolution they are asking for would be a violent one..given that overthrowing.....our Constitution by peaceful means would PROBABLY be impossible..
i think the law against calling for a violent overthrow of the government might still be in effect....??

I may be wrong, but isn’t advocating the overthrow of the Constitution (and by extension, the government based on it) treason? Or have they been smart enough not to advocate the use of violence to accomplish the “overthrow?”

There are a litany of laws against what they are advocating...they should be prosecuted and imprisoned/executed.
I hope someone has alerted the U of Missouri Police Department via their Hotline.
Cause those folks are using some hurtful words.
And when they launch their little "revolution" they'll demand that the white people simply lay down and die, because it's not their fault they never learned to shoot.
I hate the way this sounds but if I had to choose between black Americans and the American Constitution, I wouldn’t need more than a few seconds to make my choice.
Right now, there are multiple agency heads in the federal government who could be prosecuted under this Statute.
same thing is planned for on a handful of U.S. college campuses
