The victors write the history, so much beyond our time on earth, we really don’t know the truth behind much we have been told. I would go far past the Franfurt School and it’s migration to America, way past Gramsci and Lenin and Marx at least back to the Jacobins in France, who whipped up the revolutionary environment in a perfect Bolshevik take down. There were no food riots, until the Jacobins had engineered them. But no cameras, and victors write the history. Tens to hundreds of thousands were murdered for the cause of equality. That was some 225 years ago.
And past the Jacobins I have no doubt you can just keep on going, down the ages, to find the men behind the stage, giving the cues.
Agree, but we both know most of our fellow “citizens” don’t connect with the French Revolution. And the Garden of Eden? Fuggedaboudit. They MIGHT care that our colleges and universities are incubators for more turmoil in their lifetimes.
