On the no fly zone, I now can see it. If you fly over any ones country without permission , you can be shot down.

That also goes for a no fly zone. It's a risk to do it. But if Carson did declare a no fly zone, he probably would exempt the allies and Russia .

Exactly. A No Fly Zone over Syria really only helps ISIS.

Unless we're willing to put boots on the ground (which I think is still a bad idea right now) then we should not deny ourselves air superiority.

We should encourage all nations of the world to treat ISIS territory as a bombing range.
