I understood what he said, but why would we want to shoot down Russian planes over Syria, when Syria has given them permission to fly there? Currently Russia is doing the job against ISIS that Obama won’t do.

So if this makes Carson an inexperienced idiot then it makes all of them inexperienced idiots.
