The one and only. However, I always told them to hold the slaw on my sandwich and serve it on the side. God did not mean for us to eat BBQ beneath a mountain of cabbage.
My favorite BBQ joint of all time was Country Cousins in Scranton, SC. Great pulled pork and the best vinegar-based sauce I ever had. Never saw them serve a sandwich with slaw on the meat. Great ribs, and their pork cracklins were terrific as well.
