How hard would it be to outfit the plane for passengers?
I don’t believe (ups)cargo planes are certified to carry passengers.
Not hard. Russia outfitted their WWII planes with seats for commercial passenger planes. I flew on some in the ‘70s. Not fun. Not comfortable.
