This is all about helping Iran in the end... O wants them to be the reigning power. If he fights ISIS he has to admit that Iran is also and has been a great threat , so he thinks he can stand on the sidelines and let Russia take care of ISIS , while never exposing the grander plan...

Yep.... when it comes to Obammy.... it’s a matter of judging what he says... vs what he does. When he does different than what he says... It just means he’s a liar.
I think at the end of the day he wants SHIA Iran to be the only SHIA in the middle east. He can’t fight them now.
I was referring to the fact that Obama will not say radical Islamic terrorism. In fact, he won't mention Islam.
Yet he uses the term ISIL, which contains the word Islamic. ISIL = Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant
Of course, he can’t talk and just refer to notes. He has to read a prepared statement.
