I don’t know how anyone in their right minds would ever do this to an animal or human, but I’m in my right mind, so I wouldn’t understand....that poor animal...I hope someone takes that poor thing in and gives it lots of love and a home to be safe in....
I seriously doubt she will lose the dog, unless the police shoot it when they raid her house. :-)
