Really? You can be on a no-fly and pass a NICS background check at the gun store. Or gun show?
We need a new NICS check then, because that is on thing I am proud of. I passed. Now I can, and have many times, walk into a store or show and plop down my greenbacks and walk out with a new Glock, or Colt or whatever makes my nipples hard.
I make a point of doing it at least twice a year, just to piss off the ‘turds.

If that is truly the case, then it shows the government is completely incompetent when it comes to ‘vetting’ people- and we’re supposed to trust that they will properly vet refugees between the ages of 15-40 who will stream into this country? They can’t even get simple background checks done right IF this is true what dear leader said- He just exposed more government incompetence and apparently doesn’t even realize it
