To: 2nd Amendment

Might I suggest that you build your own. You’ll learn about all of the inner workings of the weapon, and have a better idea of future improvements to make on it (Trigger, barrel, etc).

If you can change a tire on your vehicle, you can build an AR-15.

Yes. That being said, be very careful when building the lower and handling the little springs. They tend to shoot across the garage and under heavy, hard-to-move items when you least expect it. A magnet on a stick is a recommended build tool.

Get a good quality upper like a BCM, and add an aftermarket trigger like a Gisselle and a 1.5-6x scope. 1 in groups shouldn’t be a problem with good handloads.
