At 2:15 a perp is taken down. Surrounded with several officers standing over him. It's indicated on the radio.
Shortly thereafter the main SUV chase we're familiar with breaks out.
Who was this third person?
He's got a fence attached to his vehicle going into the Target parking lot at 2:12.
2:14 four officers on on the suspect. You can see the helicopter shot at 2:15.
2:16 also states, "It's all via phone right now." Did they purposefully avoid speaking on police channels?
Someone more savvy than I am with computers might want to dupe this entire video. We already know from the scanner story earlier today the LAPD was investigating the Jihadi duo.
BUT WHO IS THIS THIRD SUSPECT?
Go to 2:17 and 5 seconds. Who is that person?
Bear in mind, we now know Obama ordered that the connection to terrorism be avoided for this case. Are we hiding the identity of a third shooter for 'national security'?

I remember listening to a woman on the radio, claiming to have witnessed the start of the shooting from outside and she said she DEFINITELY saw three shooters enter the building. She had no doubts about that.
what’s interesting is that all day that day while they were looking for them they kept talking about 3, then they said 1 in custody, one dead. The 1 in custody suddenly was never mentioned again. I never heard anything about a mistaken arrest or anything. they just stopped talking about any suspect in custody.
Isn’t the ‘third guy’ the cop that was hit by a ricochet?
I would love to know more about the multiple calls and reports of two men taking their ALL BLACK clothes off on a bridge, as I recall it was about a mile from the shooting and early on in the hunt for the shooters.
I’m reminded of the swarthy looking guy seen with Tim McVeigh during the OK City bombing.

Also what is going on in the scene at 2:17:26 where there is a crashed blue car and then the chopper pans around to 2 police cars and then a bunch of debris in the street? What is all that crap in the street?
I wonder if the full group the neighbor saw (half a dozen middle eastern men) were involved that day. The other men were there to make sure they did it and drove. They split up after. The couple took the fall.
I was going through threads on FR the day this happened and I was thinking I may have misheard the story but I specifically remember them saying they had 1 person in custody and they were chasing 3 suspects. What happened to the third suspect?
The debris in the street looks like a car crash. Was this when the third suspect (brother of perp?) jumped out?
There was also a sweep of a church nearby. Not sure what came of that.
We know this: If the third perp was a foreign national, Obama wouldn’t tell us about him.

The debris doesn’t look like car parts from a crash though. It looks like confetti or something and brown boxes. What is all that? Police will use tire strips to puncture tires but I’ve never seen this kind of mess before to stop a car.
Also why did Farook cross 4 lanes of road where you see his body? Did he get out of the car and try to make a break for it?
It looks like he was fleeing police in the grey 4-door vehicle and may have struck the white truck. The truck might have been carrying something that spilled on the road.
Who is this person that was arrested?
I’ve heard the brother was arrested and let go. Lots of info we aren’t getting because it doesn’t fit the ‘lone crazed couples’ story.
The fact $28,000 was deposited into their accounts days before the attacks has blown that b.s. narrative. Hoping we can find out what the heck is going on.

She supposedly couldn’t drive. But was driving. Driving fairly slowly, too, if you look at the chase video street level. Farook was shooting supposedly as she drove.
One of the chasing cars has a window break from gunfire in the street level video. The police return fire. At some point they must have killed her. He got out firing and was put down as well.
But why were they looking in that church? Did someone else get out of the SUV?
The Eagles of Death Metal band just happen to not be killed in the Paris attack. A California band at that, odd they have a song “San Berdoo Sunburn” about a couple going to San Bernardino.
