Here it is, past my bedtime, and I’m still waiting for the call that says I can unplug this and box it up.

Ungh.

Maintenance just came in with a light bulb and said when I had the inspection “whenever,” one light was out on the bathroom vanity. I told him I had replaced it, so he just gave me the bulb and I signed the form saying I had received it. I can’t imagine how much longer I will have to wait for the seal on my fridge, since he won’t allow me a new one. I think the manager has a chip on his shoulder.

Well, happy day. I just called RAC and they said “Nick” is on his way here, after another stop, so I’ll delete what I’ve done on here and box it up.

And tomorrow morning, I will start all over again. Oh yay.

:o|

How nice that your brother called! I was early, too ;-). I called Mom on Wednesday and sang to her.

"Shannon is a cat."

Tax-chick/cat-mom

At least she has moved up from time-sharing ownership of a cat.

Those were the days.

Shannon likes both chairs. I think we’ll work this out successfully, as long as we keep everyone else off them.

Figuring out how to get yourself out of a chair is usually more difficult than figuring how to get a cat out.

A remote-controlled can-opener might work.

Dry food. Anyway, Shannon prefers chair ownership to food.

Not so sure about that. Tipton T. Longcat has taken to claiming my chair the moment my posterior rises from the seat sufficiently for his longness to occupy the space. When I try to reclaim the seat he extends his clawdevices into the fabric of the backrest and holds on. Tightly.

Thus ensues a game known as 'Whose chair is it..'

Wow. I can’t believe I slept until 1730! It was probably the stress of the last few days that just plumb wore me out!

Now I have to try and reconstruct my Favorites to a certain extent.

This computer is a Lenovo and it already has Win 10 in it, so there was no problem getting it up and running.

Now I have to make sure it has Adobe Flash Player in it...

It sounds like Shannon is almost beside herself with contentment over two chairs to choose from! LOL!

It looks like the rescue kitteh was either injured before it was rescued or has a weird birth defect on it’s right paw. But that little face is really something else! I just want to kiss it!

Oh, I see there’s something odd about her paw.

And good morning. I’ve just picked up Elen and Sally from the airport. Next I have choir.

Happy to be back home in Seattle with my floofy kittehs! Chloe ran right to me. Tori showed me her tail for most of yesterday but was friendly this morning. I guess all is forgiven.

Hopefully with my return Tori will calm down and stop spraying in the house. She was a little frantic with me gone for so long.
