Romero definitely gassed tonight. If he hadn’t badgered Jacare in the first like he did, then I think he would’ve most likely lost.

My pick was wrong too. I should have known better than to pick against Rockhold.
I was watching footage of his open workout on ufc.com, and that guy is just a beast. The spin kick he demonstrated was perfectly executed, so fast, and ridiculously powerful.
Weidman’s workout featured nothing of the sort.
I think Rockhold is going to have that belt a good while.

Rockhold is a solid competitor with a lot of tools in his arsenal. I’ve never seen a lot of tools from Weidman. He’s gritty, good wrestling and decent hands. He seems a little slow with his strikes and not as athletic as many fighters but he’s made up for it with intangibles in the past.
Dang, I thought Aldo was 39 not 29.
Time to see if the McGregor is all that or just hype!
