I thought he was a proud Presbyterian? Although, Catholics welcome all at Mass.

It’s actually Episcopal. Not the kind of place this Presbyterian would choose, but perhaps he had friends there.

It's a "high church" Episcopal parish.

They call their service "Mass" if they are really high.

[Catholics welcome all at Mass.]

It’s Christ Mass, does it really matter what roof it is celebrated under?

If it was any other candidate, they would have embedded a camera in their gut to watch the wafer slowly digest and enter their intestinal tract.

Looks like the church in question is actually Episcopalian. The reporter and his editors are morns, so they used the word “mass” where it wasn’t applicable.

I was raised Pentecostal but used to go to midnight mass with hubby’s family. I always thought it was beautiful regardless of the religion.

Midnight Mass , at last around here, on Christmas and even more so at Easter has many Protestants in attendance. They feel that their own churches are missing something and believe that Christmas and Easter should have some special notice and celebration.

Unless communion is being served, then non Catholics are unworthy and unwelcome!
