Was a short time Hardscrabble resident before moving and coming back further south.
Had a beautiful view of the valley, part of the airport, Fort Harrison and a section of the RR.

I don’t subscribe to the hypothesis, only put it out there for comment (which you did) and I appreciate your additional information.
