Um- He WAY overstepped his authority- He is saying that he will prosecute anyone that breaks his NEW gun laws- He is not allowed to make new laws- yet he did, and he is threatening enforcing them

Personally, I don’t see this as a “Yay!” at all either. All the people who have gone through the looooong and expensive process of setting up an NFA Trust, are now going to have to jump through even more hoops with more piles of paperwork and most likely more money all over again with the stroke of his pen.
