Which of these 'citizen' types is naturalized?

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident ..."

Neither, because at the time the Constitution was ratified, people were originally citizens of the various states before there was a United States to be a citizen of.

However all those people who were born before the Constitution are dead now.

If you became a US citizen after 1790, it's either because you were born one or you were naturalized into one.
