Needless to say, it's a pretty fair assumption that the GOP Ticket will likely come down to these three. But what do you all think would be the best combination to assure us that we take the white house back in 2017? Regarding Cruz/Rubio, yes, many of us are not thrilled about Rubio, but better him be in the white house over Hillary. It looks like Cruz will eventually supersede Trump, and assuming he wins, he will have to make that decision. Rubio will give us a bigger chunk of the Hispanic vote, right?
Agreed Trump/Cruz would crush Hillary/??
Trump can get the wall built and restore the rule of law and Cruz can keep him within the Constitution, hopefully.
Fiction: Someone with a hispanic name will somehow give you the hispanic vote.
Truth: Being tough against illegals, strong on deportations, strong on the family will get ‘latino’ voters to vote Republican.
So, Rubio, who’s all for amnesty, who welcomes everyone with open arms, is a sure bet to give the election to Hilary. If he’s the candidate, you’ve lost before you even started.
Now, as for Cruz and Trump - either could defeat Hillary as they’ll say the ‘uncomfortable’ things that Republicans don’t think will win them elections. Guess what, Republicans? We’ve tried it the other way and lost - twice.
Now the GOP has promised that it’ll be completely different this time with gay outreach and including Spanish printed materials in mass mailings. All we have to do is just trust them... and lose again.
Trump is not running to be a VP. It’s all or nothing.
Haley is a major RINO
The ticket is: TRUMP/WALL 2016!!
You can forget Cruz/Trump...ain’t going to happen.
I would go with Trump. The Gang of Eight was a deal breaker for me. I think Trump would help Cruz up the passion in his presentations and I think Cruz would help Trump with lawful government methodology.
Emails will take out Clinton.
Ya right...
None of them. I don’t see either Cruz or Trump beating the first female president. I do find the primaries entertaining.
I very much doubt that.
Trump/Woman
Trump won’t be forced to bring Cruz along, he would rather face the wrath of disgruntled Cruziers.
I believe that Hillary will take out Hillary. I don’t expect a prosecution or conviction, but I do expect an indictment. There’s a lot of past experience that demonstrates that more often than not, Democratic voters won’t vote for a Democrat while they are actually under indictment. Under _threat_ of indictment, no problem - basically, that would be the normal condition of their entire political careers in some urban areas.
BTW, in researching this, I looked up Marion Berry. Amazing fact: Mr. Berry was an early victim of Muslim terror!

Who knew???
Trump will lose votes if he chooses Cruz, but I don’t know if it would damage his landslide that much. It would definitely reduce it.
IF, somehow, Cruz managed to get the nomination, Hillary, Sanders, Biden or whats-her-face (the squaw) would win in a landslide. Or maybe Gary Johnson would have a crack at it. Very few people are lukewarm about Cruz- & I disagree that the issue is abortion. It’s him. He’s obnoxious.
Cruz has been coasting on Trumps coattails, but he won’t be on the ticket as Trumps VP.
Thankfully, only a few more months of all this BS crap remains to lay all this idle speculation to rest.
Trump/Cruz would be a landslide that Reagan had, and might bring a few Republicans to both House and Senate, maybe Kudlow in CT and maybe a few Congressional districts in New England.
No ticket with Rubio. Rubio comes across as dishonest, lazy and phony. If that’s not enough, there is that huge open borders/amnesty obstacle to overcome. Aint gonna happen.
How about we let Mr. Trump pick his own running mate? He has a fantastic history of selecting great people. Why buck that trend? Whomever he picks, he or she will aid in the landslide. Pretty confident about that. Wayyyyyy more confident than any of the statists the DC oligarchy has tried to force on us as GOP for the last many cycles.
