Will be very interesting. I have often been critical of Palin. In 2012, I caught hell for saying she would not run, and that her internal polling #s (which I knew from a friend who was making her "Undefeated" movie) were not good. I also think she should have somehow stuck out her Alaska term, then been more effective running for the US Senate from AZ.

But there is no denying her name carries a lot of weight. This really officially moves the Tea Party behind Trump, to the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the Cruzers. There is no more recognizable Tea Party leader than Palin.

Maybe. The Tea Party isn't exactly a monolithic organization. That's why I laugh at the pathetic media when they try to paint some clown-of-the-day as a "Tea Party leader." I don't remember electing any leaders at the rallies I went to...
