If only Henry Ford could have patented the car on “four tires”.
They have TM on the KitKat designation. Might have gotten a design patent on the shape, but that would run out in a period of years, and would be expired by now.
The Japanese Kit Kats are wild. I have tried a few on Amazon during the cold months. I can’t even find them in the US in Asian food markets.
I’m still furious that they changed the packaging from nice paper and foil (which as a kid I folded and/or peeled with goofy concentration) to nasty plastic!
