“Do all the anchor babies receive the same citizenship as Trump?”

“Please reference the law in your reply.”

Anchor babies are in practice acquiring U.S. citizenship by the pretended authority of the United States v Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898) decision of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), the 1866 Civil Rights Act, and the 14th Amendment to the Constitution. There has been a controversy regarding whether or not this practice is actually Constitutional, due to the interpretation of “in the jurisdiction of the United States” being used improperly with respect to illegal aliens arguably not under the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States.

Donald Trump was born with a U.S. citizen father and a U.S. citizen mother in the exclusive jurisdiction of the sovereign United States. This is the same set of requirements which United States v Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898), Minor v Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875), and other cases have determined without doubt to constitute natural born U.S. citizenship. It has been noted Donald Trump’s mother was foreign born in Scotland, however, she renounced her British citizenship at the time she took the oath of U.S. citizenship as she was naturalized as a U.S. citizen before the birth of Donald C. Trump. Contrary to the absurdly impossible lie put forth during the last debate by Senator Ted Cruz, it is not possible for there to be a requirement stating the parents must be a natural born citizen in order for the child to be a natural born citizen. If there were such a rule, it would make it impossible for any person to be a natural born citizen, because the first generation cannot be natural born citizens. Let me repeat that, because others have read right past that remark and denied it without understanding and/or acknowledging its logical inevitability. Requiring the parents to be natural born citizens would require the grandparents to be natural born citizens, and so on to infinity, which is of course an impossibility. Senator Ted Cruz lied and misled the audience making that claim. The only requirements defenders of the natural born citizen clause have applied in regard to parentage is that both parents, father and mother, must be U.S. citizens at the time the child is born within the jurisdiction of the United States. Donald C. Trumps father and mother were demonstrably U.S. citizens at the time of his birth in the jurisdiction of the United States, which qualifies him as a natural born U.S. citizen.

No, anchor babies do not acquire the same type of citizenship as Donald C. Trump, because they are reputed to be naturalized U.S. citizens, whereas Donald C. Trump is a natural born citizen of the United States.
