Yes Windflier, that is correct. That link at the bottom takes you to the latest results.

From there you can use the back arrow to go through previous day’s results all the way back to the 20th.

One new feature that is coming, will be a chart showing two weeks of Caucus results. We’re only six days in, but that chart will fill up fast.

I’ll be adding that in, over the next couple of days.

I think the Trump folks are sick and tired of having the same questions raised day after day after day, as if they’ve never been raised before.

Why would anyone want to engage that type of activity.

This leaves the Trump detractors looking like the big voice here. I think Trump folks realize that isn’t the important thing. Making sense when you do talk is.

How many times can you respond to a Cruz supporter saying Trump is bad on guns, when Trump pushes CCW, using it, and gun rights. He presented a paper with his position that was pretty much liked by everyone.

There’s your answer to your quandary.

I agree with your comments. I made my own that favor Trump.

Those things being said, I want Cruz folks to participate. Give Trump a run for first place.

I didn’t establish the FR Caucus to bolster Trump’s standing. I thought Cruz might come in first.

I enforce the rules rigidly on both camps. I give the same breaks to both camps.

If someone writes “Cruz” or “Trump”, I give them “Vote Cruz” or “Vote Trump”. I shouldn’t, but I do.

If someone writes “Vote Name.”, I let it slide. If someone votes “Vote Name!”, I don’t.

I don’t want anything in the thread that smacks of competition other than “Vote Cruz” or “Vote Trump”.

If folks can’t conform to that, don’t blame me for having the vote nullified.

Folks, anything written on the thread other than a link to this Caucus open discussion thread, is forbidden. And one of those is enough. Each day I have to disqualify notes because someone voted properly, then posted comments to the thread.

I have to apply the rules evenly, so I disqualify their vote.

Know the rules folks. Abide by them. I WANT to count your vote.

How do you think it makes me feel, to have someone thank me for running the Caucus, them voting for Trump, then causing me to have to disqualify their otherwise valid vote?

The FR Caucus thread is a vote only thread.

If I don’t make that stipulation, soon it would be just another thread with people arguing on it.

It’s a vote thread only.

Both sides have missed this at times. I don’t want to cancel anyone’s vote, but I do cancel them when the rules are not adhered to.

I appreciate very much those who are participating. I appreciate it a whole lot more when they abide by the rules.

A successful effort with many people participating, is thanks enough to me.

For the record, I want both sides to vote. I won’t be threatened by Trump losing. This is an expression of our voting power, and I want it to be reflective of the overall consensus here.

Please, if you have a candidate, vote!

Thanks again WindFlier.

I have not paid attention to the numbers as they break down after disqualifications, with the exception of one day.

On that day, the 23rd I believe, I found an equal number of disqualified votes. I was concerned that my eliminations would favor one side more than the other.

I was pleased to note, on that day it didn’t.

There have been days when I am fairly sure it did, but then who is to blame for that? I don’t want to cancel anyone’s vote.

I was harsh on Sarah for backing McCain in his bid for reelection to the Senate. She has not been the big hero for me she has been for others.

It was a plus when she ran with McCain, because she did hold the Conservative banner a heck of a lot higher than he would.

With Trump, you can look at his platform and see what he wants to accomplish. Well I can, at any rate.

Palin is not wrong to back Trump. She wouldn’t have been wrong to back Cruz either.

I prefer Trump, but I can see folks getting behind Cruz.

Palin shouldn’t be seen as destroying herself because she backed Trump.

Compliance is improving...

Yes it is, and I am glad to see that. In a perfect world there would be 100% compliance, all votes would be counted, and everyone would be happy their vote supported their candidate.

I want folks to know that I will be conducting other types of polls here. Stay tuned. Follow the rules, and we’ll get some great forum consensus.

I would urge folks not to take anything for granted yet. Iowa is a loose canon. This thing could go anywhere from here.

No problem. It’s an easy mistake to make.

Glad to have your and everyone else vote on the vote thread though.

I see a lot of ad hominem trashing of Cruz supporters by trump supporters. I have yet to see substantive answers to questions about why trump is deemed conservative.

I am happier than ever to support Cruz. If trump won as president I think it would be one term once it was realized he was New York values in Christian sheep clothing. I’m not fooled.

All this parsing of Cruz voting while trumps longstanding avowals about how liberal he is being ignored is absurd.

I would be curious how the voting is among accounts less than 3 months old.

I won’t give up.

Thank you for providing this thread WindFlier. It's a good idea.

You're very welcome, Doughty. It only takes a minute or two each night to post it. It's the least I can do to support your effort.

It's been a two way street with that, my friend. There are guilty parties all around.

What turned me off was the constant e-mail barrage asking for money.

I withstood the barrage of begging emails until Ted voted for TPA and I withdrew my support. I clicked the 'unsubscribe' link one time, and it worked. Others have had more trouble getting off his email list.
