They've been fudging their ratings forever.
No one watches their race to see who can outrage Americans the most.

Affirmative Action for the Hollywood crowd. Who would have anticipated this. Every Black actor who wins will be part of the proscribed quota.
Does’t the NAACP give out awards of some kind to Black Folks only?
