Whatever you say. Live next to a 600 acre nature preserve. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. Had indoor cats, outdoor cats, big dogs, little dogs. Some cats are extremely unhappy if they can’t go outside. Sometimes nature gets them. We had de-clawed cats (we adopted them that way already) and they never set foot outside. I had a Lhasa Apso killed in my own yard by a Husky that got loose. That sucked, but you get over it.
I live next door to a dry river bed that all the wild animals of the region use. I keep them indoors because I have a responsibility to protect them from their own walnut sized brains. Cats will learn to like inside a lot faster than they’ll learn to like getting eaten.
