I know a very liberal woman who actively supported Obama. She wouldn't admit it in front of her husband who is currently campaigning actively for Sanders, but it was obvious she would consider voting for Trump. She liked his attitude and his positivity and projection of strength.

I also have friends who lean libertarian. They are also supportive of Trump even though they fear he will bring back protectionism.

If people vote with their minds they might choose Cruz. But if they vote with their hearts, they may go all in for Trump.

This is my take of what is going on in California. It's just anecdotal, but it is shocking to me how people are now willing to discuss their support for Trump openly despite all the horrible stuff said/implied by he MSM and Trump's own controversial statements.

You talk about idiocy. The lack of protectionism is why there are 94 million Americans without a job, and why, when you purchase anything, it probably will not be made in the United States.
