Donald Trump has said, repeatedly, "I'll build a wall, a big, beautiful wall and Mexico will pay for it." Everyone laughed, including, no doubt, some of his supporters. Meanwhile, (allowing for time differential) in the middle east, leaders of nations and terrorist groups met, including, no doubt again, a certain other leader. The head of this meeting said," We're going to have a ground force invasion of Europe and the United States of America!"
One of the attendees spoke up saying, "But, Glorious Leader, no nation in history has ever been able to do that in nearly 300 years. The United States has the greatest Navy, Air Force and Armed Forces in the world and to land the millions of troops necessary to be successful they would see us coming from thousands of miles away!"
The Glorious Leader responded, "Under normal conditions you would be correct. As for their forces, our mutual friend here (gesturing to a veiled figure sitting beside him,) has been weakening them over the past few years, removing many of their staunch commanders. As to the ground invasion, let's just say that we will invade, take over, rape, slaughter and behead their citizens and they will invite us in and pay for us to be there. Our only concern is the armed citizens and our friend here is in the process of doing something about that."
