We fly Jet Blue, a few times a month, and I don’t think there is one straight male flight attendant in their ranks.
Female flight attendants aren’t what they used to be. The standards were set pretty high years ago. A friend of mine ,who is now pushing 80, applied to one of the airlines ,out of high school, and was denied because they din’t think her teeth were straight enough. Even at 80, she is one good looking woman. I can only imagine what she looked like in her teens.
I was thinking along the same lines about Southwest. Almost every time I fly there is always a male flight attendant on the plane and enivitably he (a different one every time) is as queer as a three dollar bill. I like Southwest better than other airlines, but that has always been a drawback to me.
