Not being obtuse, simply pointing out the fallicy that Ms. Clinton resides within. She is proposing that corporations be punished for using the law to shelter their profits against unlawful taxation. This ultimately would trickle down to their employees and to the consumer.
Were the tax laws more simple, equitable, sustainable, then I am certain the current “overseas” example would be eliminated. I am an ardent supporter of the Fair Tax as I believe useage is a better indicator of national fiscal health than income tax, which is oppressive/punitive.
However, a one line reply like yours indicates something totally different. If you had given that explanation in your initial reply, it would have been more productive and conducive to discussion.
