gee... first of all they’re ugly. they look like cinder blocks on wheels. second, they went with a ghetto rat (literally) advertising campaign...what could have possible gone wrong?
Exactly
Oh, I dunno, I thought the FR-S was pretty sharp.
I wouldn’t worry About Toyota too much, the Corolla has been around since what, 1972 or something like that? They’ve has other sport models come and go after a brief lifespan, the MRII comes to mind.
You are confusing the “rat” advertising with Kia.
Some of the Scion Models have nice styling. I have two Friends with Scion’s and they love them.
I’m 62. I bought a Scion xB, brand new in 2006. It is the best car I’ve ever owned. Others may have been better in one category or another, but it’s been the best overall. Still going strong at 180k.
And I have 85K on my 2.4 year old FRS. That car is a blast to drive every day on the twisties around here.
I think one of their problems is that too many old people saw the value of their cars for every day use. It screwed up their brand. I’m a musician. The box is the ultimate musician’s car.
Both of mine are sticks. Its part of the reason they are both so enjoyable.
You got it. I recall the ghetto, cartoonish advertising. What a joke.
Isn't that the Kia Soul?
