1) By executive order, disarm all Federal agencies with no need for actual police powers.

2) By executive order, begin the process of abolishing the IRS, the EPA, and other out-of-control regulatory agencies.

3) Audit the Fed. (Tar and feathers optional, but strongly recommended.)

3a) (with Congressional help) Push hard to pass a bill to rescind FATCA and re-impose Glass-Steagall.
