I must have missed it. When did they stop using Roman numerals for the Super Bowl? This would be super bowl "L"....not impressive!!

I must have missed it. When did they stop using Roman numerals for the Super Bowl? This would be super bowl "L"....not impressive!! Nobody would know what L meant. They don't teach Roman numerals or cursive anymore.
