That was my take as well.
We had some roid ragers in my battalion back during my first term in the service. One from another unit killed a hocho out in Kinville back in ‘82.

You guys. The Roid Rage photo is not him. Not even close. My guess is he just put it up there because it was weird and funny. To me he looks like just another pasty-faced geek with emotional issues, and those guys generally have disdain for bohunks. So yeah I’d bet more on psych meds than steroids.
