Vertigo seems to be a common complaint these days. So sorry to hear yours (vertigo episodes) are so disruptive. I’ve had random attacks since the 90’s, seem to be triggered by stress, fluctuating barometers (wind drives me bonkers), loud noise, rapid motion, etc. Possibly related to migraine or meniere’s disease. Hope you find relief - take care.

My is related to meniere’s disease. There are eye-movement exercises that help a lot, but I never quite know what will trigger an attack.

Take care as well.
