Yes, they do.

Forgiveness is not permission to live in unrepentant sin.

That’s what differentiates forgiveness of sin from the permission to sin coveted by the homosexual community who pretend they have nothing to repent of because they’re “forgiven”.

I never said it was. We have forgiveness as a gift. It is our job to not squander it. The Holy Spirit, our Great Counselor, tells us when we sin and we must repent for that, but not to earn or re-earn salvation. We will never be worthy of the gift we have been given, but we still need to act as if we are a worthy child of the King.
