My husband intends to be the President of the Republic of Texas when we split from the commie bastards turning our country into a socialist nightmare...

If part of his campaign platform involves relocating the capital of the Republic of Texas away from the leftist hellhole that is Austin (preferably to the north), then he has my vote.

Like Jefferson, I believe that when it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, ... common courtesy requires that they should declare the causes for such separation. As such, I volunteer for the committee to update the Declaration of Independence for the Republic of Texas. The finished product will do TJ proud and will be much less a plagiarism than a typical Biden speech.

Of course he would move the Capital! I need to be near a Hobby Lobby but other than that we can negotiate. :^)

Isn’t it long past time for Texas-and probably a few other states-to get out of what has become an expensive and one-sided contract with a place ruled by wannabe tyrants? We aren’t going to be able to afford it for much longer at the very least-the taxes we pay end up helping everyone but those of us who work.

If we went on our own again, the welfare and mojado problems would go away-probably along with the liberals, since they can’t get blood out of a turnip-and the liberals would have no more phony injustice to whine about-we could just close our borders to everyone wanting in until a whole bunch of liberals, illegals and such packed up and got out, and start from there...
