I’m not sure if he lies, or if he has no core beliefs (as Jimmy Carter and Harry Reid believe), and therefore does not care or register the majority of the CRAP that comes out of his mouth.
Oh, I'm convinced he has core beliefs... they just seem to be interchangeable on whim (core's a bit shallow).
