This Cruz creeper who probably wrote the article keeps fighting the old way. It is like the democrats who are fighting the civil rights of the 1960’s and who did better. The Cruz-Rubio campaigns are fighting Trump on OLD stories that nobody cares about. Notice the losers are focusing on the past and the one person focusing the the future is winning and that is Trump. Nobody cares about 2009. We care about 2017.
I don’t know. I sit here in hermitland. I get my news over the net (no TV..by choice). I am admittedly ignorant, yet my “values” always tend toward support of the individual. Libertarian? Maybe. I just want to be left alone. Who is my guy...Cruz has paid a lot of dues and I support him for it. Trump? He might end up being the best president ever. He might also prove to be the worst. I don’t know...but I am troubled by my personal feelings (can’t help it) and historical references.

Cruz is my guy, but if Trump wins the primary, I’ll have no problem supporting him in the general against Sanders or Hillary. It’s not like our very survival as as free nation is not at stake.

I feel we are way past the tipping point. I doubt that even a Cruz victory will right this sinking ship. If Trump is the nominee, I will probably vote for him (although my wife won’t), much like I voted for Dole and McCain and Romney. I love your website, Jim. I get into fewer arguments here than anywhere else. :{)
