She was great in that film - which is worth seeing.

Ugh..... DiCaprio finally wins his desired Oscar, and he goes off on global warming.

Spotlight gets Best Picture.

Doesn’t get Directing or Actor. But Best Picture?

He’s a terrible actor, he only won it because “it’s his turn.”

DiCaprio for Best Actor...He ended his speech by mentioning climate change... What a nonsense... He mentioned greed of some special interests... Leo... There is nothing wrong with greed...

He won because the film was physically grueling to shoot. And he’s a spokesperson for environment and global warming and hollywood eats that crap up.

The show was too long for no good reason...

When you have the dem VP asking you to take a pledge to support rape vistims, not even close to a federal issue, you know you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel. How many times was Cheney there because of his career protecting our country. Nada.

So many of the movies had some sort of sex issue. One nominated song was about S&M and another about sexual assault. Only in Hollywood.

Leo flies around in private jets. These know-nothings commenting about global warming being the greatest threat to mankind are tedious. He knows there is a problem because they had to go to great lengths to find snow to make the film.

I haven't watched the Oscars in years. Don't even know 99.99% of the participants. They are not interesting people.

The show has devolved over the years into a three-hour political commercial, overt and covert.

Politics are on TV 24/7...so why should I watch the Oscar shills for more of the same?

Therefore, tonight, I watched some really good "true crime" episodes on the ID channel...it was such a relief from all the political crime polluting the television ether.

I thought The Revenant would win...The producer of Spotlight asked Pope Francis to take the sex abuse issue more seriously.

Stacy Dash in a weird cameo.

How was Obama-bashing conservative Stacy Dash allowed inside that Hollyweird theater, never mind up on the stage with Chris Rock?

Good for Stacy, making an appearance... she looked lovely. :-)

Exactly. Plus he spends much of his time with supermodels on gigantic gas-guzzling yachts. But - like Al Gore - he's gonna tell the rest of us how to live our lives. I despise DiCaprio, algore and 99% of these Hollywood idiots.
