Ouch. I didn’t proof that!
Partially nude is not porn.
Hopefully the student will be charged.
Also don’t get petty when you loose an argument, its childish at best
Get lost.

The other local stations take on this mess:
Partially nude photos meant for the hubby, hey its 2016
Kid wasn’t a problem kid but obviously fairly smart

With out the liberal slant
Don’t act like the bully boss when you lost the argument. It won’t help you win. Just go away quietly.
It’s not perverted to have naked selfies for your mate. Stupid, but not perverted IMO.
I have a password on my phone.
But if I get a call or a text that compels me to go to the next office, or outside or something, I might hang up and lay my phone down before heading to the door.
Then there is a minute or so (depending on my settings) before the phone shuts down and locks itself again.
That might have happened to the teach. She gets a message, puts phone on desk and exits; the rotten little bastard kid jumps up and goes to her pictures before the phone closes up.
So, you assert she did this purposefully and demand others prove you wrong. That is called the "burden of proof" fallacy. YOU have to provide evidence of correctness of your assertion. So far, you have only repeated your assertion, and admitted it is your opinion.
Yes, she should have been much more careful with such pictures once she took them. But, your assertion that what is easily explained by carelessness MUST be intentional is ridiculous, absent any further evidence showing intention.
Interesting that she referred to the photos as “inappropriate.”
We agree that she was careless in making it possible to students to see her sexy teacher pictures. Pedos have accidents like that all the time. Whether you like it or not.
It’s probably on the narcissistic side of the scale. Unfortunately she “accidently” shared them with her students.
It’s probably on the narcissistic side of the scale. Unfortunately she “accidently” shared them with her students. I have teachers in the family and accidents don’t happen like that. Teachers are super protective of their private belongings and private lives at school. Kids steal from them. Kids take personal information about them to use against them.
3. Get a good lawyer and sue everybody.
...
Pay a lot of money to the lawyer and get nothing in return.
Was it on the desk or IN the desk?
Yes, we agree she was careless.
Pedophiles arrange such accidents habitually, I would imagine.
To then assert that she falls into that category, you have to show evidence that there is an ongoing pattern of behavior. It is clear you have no such evidence, and I see none to be gleaned from the article.
I hope you are never caught in a similar situation. This is like an accountant being accused of embezzlement because of a keystroke error inputting a number incorrectly in a spreadsheet. One time? Probably not intentional. Several? Now we have a real question.
Don’t waste your time..
