The kid should be punished for stealing the teacher’s phone.
The teacher is just guilty of stupidity. when plain old print photos were commonplace, would anyone simply carry around nude photos of themselves in their back pocket? Or leave them in an envelope on their desk, while at work? This is no different.
Which, very likely, means he is black. If a white kid did this he'd already be suspended and the cops would have proffered charges.

We don’t need idiots teaching our kids. This teacher is an idiot for carrying around nude pictures of herself on her phone. And that’s being unfair to idiots because they have more sense than this teacher.
There’s a long standing rule about nudie pics: if you appear in one, you can safely anticipate that it will surface at the worst possible place and time. This teacher just learned that.
