Actually, Mitt is an attractive man....more so than Trump. He shouldn’t have done the speech, though. Bad idea. The zaftig lady sang for him in politics when he lost. A++

I entered the live thread fray last night. Just couldn’t keep my mouth shut. Watched a lot of the debate, too. Wasn’t pretty, that’s for sure. Not the debate or the thread.

My claim to fame is that I’ve been zaftig since I’ve been an adult.
Now I have a mental image of Hillary in a bathrobe chugging booze and yelling at her staff......yikes.

saw the Washington Times poll with Trump as winner of that debate and honest to GOD what planet do those people live on who saw him as prevailing last night. He has ZERO substance, flipped positions on many issues, SIGNED OFF ON rubio’s compromises in re gang of eight, and proclaimed that his penis size was nothing to worry about! that’s winning? Trumpbots are channeling charlie sheen!

and let me say to you that i thought Cruz did a masterful job last night. His interview with Oreilly after was also good, first time he has not rubbed me the wrong way. xshub agreed.

it perfectly encapsulates what many of us[65% of the republican electorate] feel. we don’t know WHO the candidate should be, but it should not be trump. PERIOD>
I missed a bit of the debate to celebrate my SIL’s birthday, but I agree. Trump had no substance, his petty “Lyin’ Ted” and “Little Marco” quips made him look so un-presidential that I was choking on my keyboard. Trump couldn’t articulate a position on an issue. He should have been admonished like the school boy bully he was to not call names.
