That brings back fond memories! My Dad used to let us buy one from the vendor at the train station when we were coming home at night (Mitaka.) Best pancake ever.

Remember these? They not only tasted good but they warmed your hands up in the winter. (Almost as well as the baked sweet potatoes.)
