Actually, if little Barry was born outside the United States to Stanley Ann and Barry Senior, the rule at the time was that Stanly Ann, the citizen mother, had to reside in the U.S. for ten years prior to the birth, and five of those years had to be after reaching the age of 14. That would mean she had to be 19 at his birth to confer Natural Born Citizenship on little Barry. Problem was, she was only 18 at the time of his birth.
Stanley Ann was born 11/29/42. Little Barry was born 8/4/61, almost four full months before Stanley Ann's 19th birthday. That's why everyone was keying on Kenya, and why Hawaii became so important to the whole thing. If there was no doubt he was born in Hawaii, there was no issue. His stating in his past that he was born in Kenya, and all the smoke and mirrors around his real birthplace and the birth certificate is what drives the NBC issue with Obama.
There is probably no chance he was born in Kenya. His mother was not in a relationship with Obama Sr at the time of birth. She left for Washington state right after he was born.

I don’t just knee jerk respond to these things. I have studied this since before Obama was elected president.
Yes, Lucas Smith is not a stellar individual. Yes, he tried to sell Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate on Ebay for a million dollars.

The reason he, of all people, was able to obtain this document was because he was willing to BRIBE local officials.
Even though Mombasa was technically not part of Kenya yet is irrelevant. It was territorially disputed and operated as part of Kenya. It was in the process of legally becoming part of Kenya and was already operating as such.
The doctor on the birth certificate was an experienced prestigious traveling doctor who WOULD perform birth deliveries and other procedures while at local hospitals as the staff at these hospitals were generally inexperienced. He absolutely could have been the doctor on the birth certificate.
There is no PROOF of Obama’s American birth. His many copies of his many American birth certificates are all FORGERIES, FAKES, digitally MANIPULATED, PHOTOSHOPPED, LAYERED, ASSEMBLED, etc. There is NO DOUBT about this. It is not a conspiracy, it is a FACT that Obama’s released birth certificates are FAKES. They have ALL been manipulated, and the one on file in Hawaii has never been properly examined.

Impeachment is the only (Constitutional) way to remove a sitting President.
When a President becomes a threat to the success of his own party, the leadership of that party will cooperate in removing him. Remember Nixon? It was the Republicans (led by Goldwater) who forced him out.

The rules at the time of their births come into play. Both Obama's and Cruz's mothers were citizens. Even if the father wasn't, it's a non-issue. The issue stems from the age of their mothers at the time of their births, and meeting a time criteria. The time criteria was that their citizen parent had to have lived in the United States for ten consecutive years prior to birth (not just prior, but prior), and of those ten years, five years had to be after the age of 14. That means, at minimum, the citizen parent had to be 19 years old if the birth was outside the United States. Barry's mom didn't meet this criteria if Barry was really born in Kenya. Cruz's mother did.
Truth is, we don’t know where Obama was born. We do know his mom was not of age to confer citizenship, because she was a minor. She got pregnant as a 16 year old and unless she carried him a really LONG time, she was still a minor at his birth. I personally think the reason he is a citizen, and why he doesn’t release the real BC is because of the name of the real father, whom he looks very much like! He was a married man.
I don’t know what WOULD happen,& likely never will,but what I would want to see is that every legislation he had ever passed was undone & he was personally prosecuted,& forbidden to ever show his face here again. Be a good object lesson for the next guy who wanted to emulate him.
Nothing would change. Only birthers care about the issue, everybody not a birther got sick of it 8 years ago. He could go on a podium right now and say he was never eligible and nothing he signed would be rolled back.

As there would be several people involved in the fraud and across all 57 states, RICO statutes may apply.
I don’t think it would affect it at all. Congress signed off on him.
What it might do is encourage states and the federal government to put in place eligibility screenings.
Ted Cruz and Rubio could help us by letting their eligibility cases get decided on merits instead of dismissed on procedural grounds or technicalities. But they won’t, because the constitution only matters to them when it’s a platform they can run on.

People are explaining all these laws. But what if the real truth is, he was born in Hawaii?
