What if, it is found that President Obama was born in Kenya, and did not meet the requirements to hold the office of POUS, how would that effect the legislation he put into place and the executive orders, court appointments, in other word everything he has done? Everyone thoughts and opinions.
We could sue him civilly and hold him personally accountable for the $11T in debt we’ve added under his watch......

If it were proven that Obama was not a NBC, it would prevent him from running again, but since he's already a lame duck, that would be moot.

Yeah, that’s the whole problem with this argument. If she had picked up and moved back to Kenya with ‘dad’ and gave up her citizenship there (instead of seven years later with the other guy), then this would have be worth discussing. People live with this fantasy and want this to be reality.

And the person who provided him with the fake birth certificate was the only one killed in a plane crash, if I remember correctly.
Under US law at the time, his mother had to reside in the US for a minimum of 5 years before Obama was born to be automatically a US citizen. She was 19 at his birth.
As your your question, It could be argued that all Obama’s laws, decrees and EOs as well as the regulations passed by his appointees could be found to be unconstitutional and voided if he were determined to be ineligible to be president.

If the argument was the certification was due to false pretenses (i.e. fraud), then does that open up other possibilities?
For example, if he was falsely certified due to fraud, then he was not legitimate and the actions he took were not authorized.
So, going with this, someone who did not have proper legal authority deployed US military forces to engage in acts of war, resulting in the deaths of US and foreign citizens. Isn’t there a legal term that describes the unlawful taking of another’s life? What is the penalty for that?
Could that kind of conduct fall into the “crimes against humanity” area that was used to bring certain leaders of the Yugoslavian civil war to justice?

There are are some technical legal terms that apply that I don’t know, but essentially such acts generally stand, as the illegitimate office-holder is exercising de facto power within a larger good-faith government entity. Generally, his acts would have to be overturned by the normal procedures, though there might be a few exceptions (pardons?).
