Can Trump monitor every Black precinct and make sure the computers are not recording double votes for Hillary? Philly isn't the only place where 110% of Blacks turn out to vote. Democrats demand that their dead voters be counted or they wail about “voter suppression.”
Many of them brag about how many times they voted. When no ID is required, they send folks in to vote in place of those that they know won’t show up. This is one more reason that we need to win this one, and get the DOJ to crack down on this obvious fraud.
