Kasich is only in this race because the Dems crossed over and voted for him in order to ensure a contested and disatrous convention. John is, of course, in complete denial.
GOP Establishment = Liberal Democrats.
Yep. It should not be allowed and states that allow it are mentally challenged.
Dems offer a criminal or a socialist.
I’m more surprised a those who didn’t cross over. I’m guessing they all have to share a single working brain cell to get through life. And most smoke week so even that cell isn’t in good shape most of the time.
I don’t know what to make of OH. The entire eastern 20% of the state went Trump. This is the fracking area. However, I thought Trump would do much better in Cuyahoga County and in areas like Toledo. Color me surprised. Even so, despite losing by nine to the Mailman, Trump still beat Cankles by 35,000 votes.
Something like this happened in Duval county in NE FL. Local news outlets were reporting that around 7000 Dems had reregistered to vote R in yesterday’s primary. Trump won handily of course and I haven’t heard any follow up from local news outlets today. My first thought too, was that the Dems were crossing over to vote for Marco or Kasich.
I disagree.. I think they are spinning that, But i think this is genuine crossover for trump. I want to see the mo. numbers too. Hate does not drive people to the polls, passion does. People want to be with a winner, not with someone that is a loser.
I tend to agree. Kasick thinks it is because he is loved by Demon Rats.
Deluded.
Joy. So the Democrats get their candidate either way.
I hope folks do realize that without the crossover voters, many states would not be seeing the surge that Trump has.
In this particular state, the votes “might” have went to Kasich, no one knows, but they might also have went towards Trump.
I know in my state (Illinois) many many dems came out to vote for Trump, not because of any operation chaos (the race was too tight for Hillary and Bernie, true dems were busy voting for their guy), but because we actually like him.
This has been apparent in many states.
If this was not occuring, Trump would have no power on the national stage. If he could not bring in crossover votes, and prove he was bringing them over via primaries, he would have no bargaining power.
The only place that Cruz does well is in closed primaries and caucus states. He would never get crossover voters in a general election. Trump will, and to win, the GOP needs those votes to overcome the 40% base of those on the government teet (in one way or another). The GOP is already quite handicapped at the start without even taking into account the brainwashed minority vote.
The Sorros contributions to John Kasich should shine more light on what is going on.
Mississippi in Ohio... nothing is too low for the GOPe.
Operation chaos ll
or
Reagan Democrats
it will be interesting to find out, come November.
If the GOPe cave and Trump is the nominee.
But we must remember, the GOPe only cave to the Democrats.
“We do live in interesting times” says Tuple as he slides another casing in to the Rock Chucker.
Could they be crossing over to try to get a weak candidate nominated?
And come Nov they will cross back to vote for the Hidabeast.
