Gov. John Kasich of Ohio on Tuesday cautioned against monitoring Muslim-Americans after the attacks in Brussels, saying that such a step would create division and harm the country’s ability to gather intelligence.

We need to monitor to protect the children of good muslims, from being preyed upon by terrorist recruiters, who will send them to their deaths.
Years ago, a fatwa was circulated, that it was permissible to sodomize a recruit, in order to stretch out their anus, to pack more explosives in for a suicide operation:

One of them was used to try to assassinate Saudi Prince Muhammad bin Nayef in 2009 - the bomber’s body absorbed most of the blast and the minister survived.
We need a thorough monitoring program within the muslim community, to protect them from being groomed by such predatory perverts and murderers.
