The ability to incorporate a firearm into a cell phone was announced to our agency several years ago by the FBI. Shootings by police of civilians with cell phones didn’t increase.

I do recommend that when you hear “Stop, drop the weapon,” you respond with intellect. It may not appear to be “just a phone” to them. In a hurry?

BTW, I’m a big proponent of civilian photography and photojournalism. I’m a citizen journalist myself.

I don’t believe that is the fear of the liberals in the government. People having guns is their fear. This takes away the ability to see that people have guns. If they can’t see it they can’t react with hysteria and call 911 to say, “He has a gun!”
